Position Summary: 

Are you a flexible multitasker with a passion for effective and efficient office operations? Join our team at Startup Greece as an Administrative Assistant Intern and become the bridge between our dynamic departments. As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll offer administrative support into the organization, jumpstarting your startup adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiency Navigator: Ensure effective and efficient office operations, charting a course for smooth administrative processes across all departments.

  • Administrative Support Specialist: Assist with various administrative functions, from researching and compiling data to handling projects and generating reports.

  • Policy Interpreter: Help develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, interpreting rules and regulations to guide our team.

Requirements:

  • Academic knowledge on business administration, communication or on other relevant fields

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Good organizational and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • As an asset our candidates are good in multitasking and in Wordpress

Expected Outcomes:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in office operations, streamlining administrative processes that elevate the functionality of Startup Greece.

  • Exhibit strong administrative support skills, providing assistance to projects, data management, and reporting that enhance our efficiency.

  • Assist in implementing departmental policies and procedures, contributing to a harmonious work environment that aligns with regulations.

Additional Information

The minimum time period of an internship is three months. Usually, our interns stay between three to six months. Interns should be currently enrolled at a University (bachelor or master), or have finished their degree within the last year. Interns must bring their own laptops. The Internship is UNPAID.
