Description:
- Assisting in preparation of artistic residences
- Support artists during their stay here
- Contacting and prepare artists for their period here
- Working closely with art coordinator for preparation of communication strategies
- preparing and setting up exhibitions
- understanding and being able to make connections of holistic sustainable living and the creative sector
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring artists satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace/ ateliers
- Participating in training sessions to develop skills in regenerative operations
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the NGO.
Requirements:
- experience in the cultural sector
- degree in the artistic sector
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in the artistic residence cultural sector or developing applications to EU funding (preferred but not required).
- University diploma or equivalent qualification.
