Art and Sustainability - Artistic Residence coordinator Trainee

• Assisting in preparation of artistic residences
• Support artists during their stay here
• Contacting and prepare artists for their period here
• Working closely with art coordinator for preparation of communication strategies
• preparing and setting up exhibitions
• understanding and being able to make connections of holistic sustainable living and the creative sector
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring artists satisfaction at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace/ ateliers
• Participating in training sessions to develop skills in regenerative operations
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the NGO.

Requirements:

• experience in the cultural sector
• degree in the artistic sector
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in the artistic residence cultural sector or developing applications to EU funding (preferred but not required).
• University diploma or equivalent qualification.
