New workshop located in Atelier Lautard, 25 Rue Lautard, 13003, Marseille, France. Space comprised of 3 artists graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Marseille. The place offers practices in painting, design, installations, and street art. Atelier Lautard aims to distinguish itself as a space among 30 workshops for artists in the region, conveniently situated near Friche Belle de Mai, a culturally significant location in Marseille. Throughout the year, participation in the city's most important cultural events is sought after, such as PAC-OFF, ArtOrRama, Ateliers Ouverts de la Ville, among other inaugurations. Tremos, a Peruvian artist residing in France for 7 years, graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Marseille with honors in his Master's in Art. Over time, Tremos has been part of the 4 urban artists representing the city of Marseille with the Desperados Foundation in 2021, creating a 120m2 mural on a classified building at the University of Marseille. He represented the city during the Desperados 2023 summer campaign and was the main artist at the 2023 Latino Graff festival. These accolades form part of Tremos' artistic CV. In this process of setting up Workshop D4+ managed by Tremos, we are looking for an intern who would like to be part of this creative adventure from February to May. Desired Profile:We are looking for a responsible and autonomous person with interests in contemporary and classical art. Sensitive to painting, drawing, and installations, willing to learn and be part of different roles as required by the projects. A plus if they have knowledge of photography, editing, Adobe. Tasks:Workshop D4+: Assistance in the realization of various works both physical and digital - painting, drawing, installation, collage, assembly, and disassembly of works.StreetArt: Possibility to integrate as an assistant in the realization of a mural in France, within the safety margin and availability of the intern.Workshop: Attend the classes that will be given at Workshop D4+.Cultural (optional): Regularly visit different cultural places in Marseille, inaugurations, exhibitions, shows.
