Description: 

The role is to assist the account executive team in developing new business within the FX, Equities and Futures Markets in direct regional Markets as well as around the globe. During the program you will have the opportunity to implement general business and practical skills acquired in your undergraduate or graduate university program. You will additionally gain in depth knowledge about the FX and Equities industry and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in back-office support functions, sales, marketing, anti-money laundering initiatives, account and project management, new business development, and client acquisition strategies.

Program Plan

The program is planned to run as an Internship focused around training, database and market research. Internship will also be geared towards identifying opportunities and working closer with the day-to-day business activities. The main objective of the internship is to map the FX , Equities and Futures markets and organizational structure within target regions and to build new business strategies that will drive business opportunities to Tradeview Europe.

Below is a list of the primary activities you will be expected to learn and manage during the internship.

Training, Research and Educational Material:

  1. Introduction to Tradeview Europe the FX, Equities and Futures industry
  2. Gain basic technical knowledge
  3. Back-office support functions
  4. Develop market and industry research
  5. Mapping of new opportunities in your targeted region
  6. Learn basic CRM software skills and database entry management
  7. Introduction to sales and project management
  8. Create focused marketing materials
  9. Translation Material from English to native language
  10. Create Articles with focus on SEO research in English and Native language
  11. Provide sales support and general business management
  12. Anti-money laundering initiatives

Description

You will additionally gain in depth knowledge about the FX and Equities industry and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, account and project management, new business development, and strategy. The program is planned to run as an Internship focused around training, database and market research. Internship will also be geared towards identifying opportunities and working closer with the day-to-day business activities. The main objective of the internship is to map the FX, Equities and Futures markets and organizational structure within target regions and to build new business strategies that will drive business opportunities to Tradeview Europe.

Additionally, you will be responsible to assist in portfolio account management and play a supporting role in new transaction operations management.

Desired Skills

NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKER is a must with perfect writing and communication skills in both German and English. The desired skills also include but are not limited to the following. Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor; knowledge of the organization's operations, products and services, established skills with software used (PowerPoint, Windows, and contact management software) on a day-to-day basis, self-disciplined, self-motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills, stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity, takes Initiative and drives process proactively, high level of personal and professional discipline, self-disciplined, self-motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills, stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity, highly Proactive, responsive, enjoys working as a team, enjoys working with details, high level of attention to detail, bi lingual is a plus (Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic, etc.) but not required and has the ability to monitor and analyze foreign markets and exchanges. RESIDENT IN MATLA IS A MUST.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities and activities that you will be expected to learn and manage during the internship period include an introduction to Tradeview Europe and the FX and Equities industry. You will gain basic technical knowledge, develop market and industry research, mapping of new opportunities globally, learning basic CRM software skills and database entry management, introduction to sales and project management, create SEO focused educational material, manage the company CRM account to optimize sales activities, manage vendors’ relations, manage post deal activities and provide sales support and general business management.
