INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY: BUSINESS MARKETING INTERN
OBJECTIVES:

The internship aims to equip you with the necessary skills to become an expert in corporate marketing, capable of developing successful digital strategies. You will have the opportunity to work on market research projects for both large companies and Italian SMEs, opening doors to a promising future in marketing.

KEY TASKS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Participate in creating, implementing, and developing marketing plans and strategies to achieve company goals. Define target audiences and segment them based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), email, and websites. Conceptualize and execute content creation plans ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Email Marketing: Create and send email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote events. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website and social media content to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Analytics, Research, and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Research, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments to improve marketing strategies.
  • Market Trends and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies. Provide insights to adapt marketing plans accordingly.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on various marketing elements (e.g., email subject lines, ad creatives) to improve conversion rates. Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

  • Good proficiency in Italian (strong writing and speaking skills are required).
  • Education: You are a student in the marketing or business field.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and marketing performance metrics to make informed decisions.
