The primary responsibility revolves around identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, partners, and collaborators. This involves understanding market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to position the studio effectively.
1.Market Research: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and emerging trends in the architecture industry.
2.Brand Building: Contributing to the studio's branding and marketing efforts by promoting its unique value proposition, expertise, and project portfolio through various channels.
3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new clients through networking, outreach, and engagement strategies.
4. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant channels.
5. Graphic Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the firm's value proposition and capabilities.
