El principal trabajo del becario será la atención al cliente desde nuestra oficina, en el centro de la ciudad. Organizamos excursiones y viajes para estudiantes Erasmus y peregrinos. Por tanto, el becario trabajará con este tipo de clientes, intentando venderles las excursiones, registrando a los clientes en nuestros sistemas de datos, etc. Todas las tareas típicas de una oficina como gestión de correo, atención al cliente, distribución de folletos, redes sociales, gestión de medios sociales, recopilación de datos, etc.
The intern's main job will be customer service from our office in the city center. We organize excursions and trips for Erasmus students and pilgrims. Therefore, the intern will work with this type of clients, trying to sell them the excursions, registering clients in our data systems, etc. All typical office tasks such as mail management, customer service, brochure distribution, social media, social media management, data collection, etc.
