Description:
Supporting the team in collecting information on foreign educational systems, handling email calls with foreign universities, analysing admission requirements and tuition fees and preparing reports. Support in dealing with foreign partners. Researching sources, analysing web pages and information brochures, searching for more detailed information via calls and emails
Entry into the Customer Success department, support the tutor and team in customer management processes and programme monitoring
Ability to organise data, increase business know-how, produce documents, frame empirical evidence within a theoretical framework
