English Language Assistant

Language assistant's tasks

Improving students' comprehension and expression ni foreign language. Giving language support for foreign language teachers. 

Giving information from language assistant's country un foreign language. Giving support in CLIC subjects and in school projects. Helping students with speecial needs. Preparing material. Accompanying students and teachers to school trips and free time activities. 

What is expected to obtain

Improving 4 language skills (litening, speaking, reading and writing) in foreign language. Developing  a integrativve approach in teaching7learning languages at school. Fostering plurilinguism at school. Helping in development of WATER project, ART project and others.

Other

Language assistant is a member of the staff with the same rights and duties and will take part in everyday school life: curriculum, pedagogical matters, celebrations, workshops, visits and so on.

He/She will support mainly foreign language classes in smalll groups as well with teachers' team. Foreign language will become a powerful communiccative resource in order to improvee students' linguistic skills and to know realities from foreign countries.
