Description: 

Our school is currently looking for language assistants from the EU for the next school year. He or she will be working with the English teachers, as well as in other areas we do in English: Art and Science.

We offer one spot for each semester during the next 2024-25 school year. We still have 3 semesters available:
 

Opiton A: from the 12th of September to the 20th of December
Option B: from the 13th of January to the 11th of April
Option C: from the 22nd of April to the 20th of June
 

It will offer our students (aged 3-12) a chance to practice English in small groups and enrich their cultural knowledge of foreign countries. Your work will consist mostly on preparing and execute activities that focus on language (speaking skills and oral comprehension). You will also be allowed to implement your own didactic sequence with the students.

The language assistant will take part in the school's everyday activities (field trips, celebrations, visits and so on), and will be considered as a member of the staff.

Additional Information

We can offer the possibility of staying with a school's family. The student would be provided accomodation and meals with the family, but it is expected to adapt to the family's routines and to spend some time with the family's children on weekdays (to be determined with the family) doing activities in English with them. If you prefere to live on your own, we can help you find other accomodation options. School is from 9 to 1 in the morning, and from 3 to 5 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. You will have some of these hours to prepare your materials and activities. Students can ask for a Friday afternoon off if they wish to visit other cities in the region at the weekend. Lunch will be provided at the school's dinning room, only on school days. For any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!
