Description: 

As an Event Planning and Coordination Intern, you will play a key role in assisting with the organization and execution of various events held within our organization's building. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics coordination, and creating engaging experiences for our attendees. You will contribute to the success of events ranging from art exhibitions and workshops to lectures, performances, and fundraising events.

Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics: Collaborate with our event planning team to assist in all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. You will help ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently, from managing event spaces and equipment to overseeing the flow of attendees.

- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events. This may include sourcing catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, and other event-related items. Effective communication and negotiation skills will be essential for building and maintaining vendor relationships.

- Event Promotion: Support the promotion and marketing of events through various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and print materials. You may contribute to the creation of event materials, including posters, invitations, and digital content, to attract and engage attendees.

- Attendee Experience: Assist in creating a positive and memorable experience for event attendees. This may involve coordinating registration and ticketing processes, managing attendee inquiries and feedback, and ensuring that all participants feel welcome and supported throughout the event.

- Event Timelines and Schedules: Contribute to the development and management of event timelines and schedules. You will assist in coordinating the timing of various activities, ensuring that events stay on track and run according to plan.

- Post-Event Evaluation: Aid in post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders. You will assist in assessing the success of events and identifying areas for improvement in future events.
