Our innovative co-living concept epitomizes the future of urban residency, fostering community, networking, and professional growth among young individuals.

We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical intern to join our team, playing a pivotal role in supporting various facets of our project's development. As the Finance Intern, you will leverage your financial acumen to enhance financial modeling, conduct comprehensive research and analysis, and provide valuable assistance to our marketing endeavors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and formulate recommendations to enhance the business's financial performance.
  • Identify potential funding sources and aid in the preparation of funding applications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and analyze marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing the cash-flow and financial aspects of the business, including payables, receivables, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting for the business.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate funding opportunities and project feasibility.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience, including internships or previous employment, is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level); knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a bonus.
  • Have a bachelor degree
