House of co, a company that designs and develops luxury co-living spaces, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Hospitality & Customer Service Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences, fostering a sense of community, and contributing to the overall success of our co-living properties.

Responsibilities: Improving Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly, and actively seek ways to enhance overall customer satisfaction, including gathering feedback and analyzing customer surveys. Event Organization: Collaborate with the team to plan, organize, and execute engaging events for our tenants, fostering a vibrant and connected community atmosphere. Streamlining Check-in Processes: Implement efficient check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for new tenants. General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining records related to customer interactions. Management of Cleaning Staff: Oversee the cleaning staff to maintain high cleanliness standards across our co-living spaces. Room Booking Management: Coordinate room bookings and ensure seamless communication with potential and existing tenants regarding availability and pricing. Responding to Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries via various communication channels (email, phone, etc.) in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive customer experience. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to handle challenging situations effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. Familiarity with event planning and community-building initiatives is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
