Italian speaking DMC Sales Intern for winter season in Finland

DMC Rovaniemi offers specialized incoming travel agency services in Rovaniemi, Lapland, and throughout Finland, catering primarily to our international clientele. Our clients, mainly foreign travel agencies and tour operators, receive comprehensive ground services from us, including but not limited to accommodations, transfers, and various activities. Rovaniemi, a sought-after winter tourism destination, is famous for its unique experiences like Husky and Reindeer sled rides, Northern Lights excursions, and snowmobile safaris. Join us to master the art of crafting travel packages for one of the world's most famous tourism hotspots.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in English and in Italian.
• Possesses excellent communication skills.
• Shows proficiency and quick adaptability with booking systems.

Your role will involve:

• Direct communication with clients to understand their needs.
• Designing tailored travel packages that offer unforgettable experiences.
• Collaborating with local suppliers to ensure the seamless provision of services.
• Supporting the team throughout the entire booking process to ensure a smooth operation.
• Working as a tour leader and meeting clients on the spot.
