**JUNE 2024** Recepcionist Internship in Casa Barcelo Hostel

Hola !!
We are Casa Barcelo- a hostel located in the heart of Barcelona (close to Diagonal metro station). Currently, we are looking for a student to start from the second week of JUNE 2024, for a period of 4 months with the learning agreement from the University.

We are a small hostel of 40 beds and our goal is to make every guest feel like home... Currently, we are looking for an intern with a traveler's soul, curiosity, and a great sense of customer care (and a sense of humor!). You will learn about the hostel/hospitality management of all operations at a human-scale company. This internship is ideal for anyone wanting to get involved with the hostel industry, or someone who simply wants to travel (perfect start to find a job in any other hostel all around the world).

Tasks will include: 
- reception / front desk
- customer relations
- bookings and PMS management
- taking care of our workspace 

Full-time internship which considers AFTERNOON shifts (from 15:00 to 2:00), 5 days per week (40h/week).

Mid-level of Spanish required.

We offer accommodation in a shared apartment where the rest of the staff live as well!! this is located in one of the best locations in Barcelona, and just 5 blocks from the hostel. Also, we offer an economic help of 400€ per month so you can cover your expenses.
