Who we are

Film Speed Lab is a Berlin-based startup. It is the younger sister of Fotovramci, film lab in Kyiv, Ukraine, that has been in business for more than ten years. So we’re newcomers with impressive  experience in developing and scanning. We try our best to develop film and analog community here. And we'd love to have you along for the ride!

Dealing with negatives is all about attention and repetitive processes. So you key skills for this position are:

  • Ability to focus
  • Reliableness

  • Your interest in analog photography will be a huge plus

  • Disposing film negatives
  • Winding film into canisters

What we offer

  • 3 day shifts per week (you choose the days and time for work)
  • ability to use any camera in the store
  • free film, if you want to do some tests or reviews for our Instagram/TikTok
  • infinite Polaroid and film portraits. We love spontaneous photo shoots, but if you don't, we won't force you!
  • working with like-minded pals who get all of your film jokes and will cheer you on if you find some treasure at a flea market
  • working in a startup project where you can grow fast both professionally and career-wise

This internship length may vary from 3 to 6 months (it can be discussed and depends on the candidate's qualifications and skills). The start date is flexible also. You should be able to work in Germany.
