We're seeking motivated interns who are eager to make a difference in human resources and community building.

Internship Details:

 

As a Human Resources Intern at Proceedit, you'll be an essential member of our Community Unit, working on various HR and community engagement activities, including knowledge and insights, news and media, events and promotions, recruiting, supervision, and activation. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Knowledge and Insights: Contribute to the collection and analysis of data to gain insights into the needs and dynamics of our community.

 

  • News and Media: Assist in communication efforts, such as creating newsletters, blog posts, and other content to keep stakeholders informed.

 

  • Events and Promotions: Collaborate on planning and executing events and promotions to engage and attract community members.

 

  • Recruiting and Supervision: Participate in recruiting efforts, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new community members.

 

  • Activation: Help activate and engage community members through communication and support.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

  • A strong interest in human resources and community building.

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new HR strategies and community engagement techniques.

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

  • An inclusive and collaborative mindset.
