LOOKING FOR A FRENCH SPEAKING INTERN PROJECT COORDINATOR (REMOTE ROLE)

We are a passionate team of photographers and creatives who developed Klaud9, an online platform to enable any business to have access to affordable professional photo and video shoots. 

We are seeking a passionate Intern Project Coordinator who speaks fluent French and English to help us coordinate photo/video shoots. You will be reporting to the CEO of the company.

Responsibilities:

➢           Search and coordinate photographers and videographers

➢           Train them on the requirements of the clients

➢         Manage multiple projects from start to completion, working with Clients and Creators

➢           Managing the Financials of both sides – timely Quotation and Invoicing for completed projects to clients; and getting Quotations and Invoices from Creators

➢           Support the Digital Marketing Team if needed by developing social media and digital marketing content (mailings, blog articles, social media posts, research, etc)

➢            Support the Director of the company in any tasks

Requirements & Skills:

• Good command of written French and English
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
• Able to multi-task
• Microsoft Office Suite competence – Excel and google sheet a must
• Active on social media- Facebook, Instagram,etc
• Entrepreneurial state of mind, passionate, creative and wants to be part of a fun and great team

• Location: Remote Job
• Training in an e-commerce/start-up environment
