AMG Attorneys is a leading art law practice specializing in intellectual property for artists, art restitution cases, international art transactions. We are passionate about supporting the arts and providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

About the Internship:

This is a remote and unpaid internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual with an interest in art law and public relations. The intern will gain valuable experience in the legal field while assisting with developing and implementing a public relations strategy for our firm and our lawyers in particular.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with researching and identifying relevant media outlets for potential placements
  • Draft social media content (e.g., posts, tweets) highlighting your expertise and legal developments in the art world
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions and engage with relevant audiences
  • Assist with drafting press releases and other communication materials announcing newsworthy cases or achievements
  • Conduct research on media trends and best practices for the legal and art industries
  • Support with administrative tasks related to PR activities (e.g., scheduling interviews, maintaining media contact lists)

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in art law and the legal profession
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in public relations (a plus)
  • Familiarity with the art world (a plus)
