We are a fast-growing company in the field of “padel sports” and you have the opportunity to do an internship in a highly dynamic and attractive market environment. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that our customers always receive the right answers and ultimately come to a decision for our company.

About Us:

We are in the padel sports business and specialize mainly in the sales of world-class padel courts worldwide. In particular, we aim to strengthen our presence in Central Europe. While a total of 15,000 padel courts have been built in Spain in the last 50 years, there are only just under 400 in Germany. This underlines the promising potential and future possibilities of this area in German-speaking countries as well as in the rest of Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action-oriented sales campaigns for our customers

• Support with the CRM system

• Conducting calls, video calls and workshops with customers

• Collaboration with internal teams (3D, sales partners, fitters)

• Organize trips. (Search flights, hotels, rental car)

• Managing relationships with our customers

Qualifications:

• English native speaker

• Fluent in English and knowledge of Spanish

• Passion for your work

• Ideally experience in a dynamic start-up, agency or high-growth environment

• Understanding of sales.

• Organizational talent with an eye for detail

• “Quick-start” mentality and high flexibility in a rapidly changing environment

• Willingness to learn and passion for the work

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Creative, diplomatic, multitasking and resilient
