You’ll have an unparalleled opportunity to lead the most popular pub Crawl on the island: Paceville Pub Crawl. You’ll be taking guests to best bars and clubs, doing challenges, and meeting people from all around the world. All while having the best time on one of the most vivid and beautiful islands on the Mediterranean.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate international groups during Pub Crawl events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Lead and motivate a team of event guides, promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Coordinate logistics, including meeting points, schedules for international participants.
• Conduct engaging and informative introductions at the beginning of each event, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Foster a sense of community within the groups, encouraging interaction and socializing among participants.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract international participants.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event coordination, tourism, or hospitality, with a proven ability to lead diverse groups is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a multicultural setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage logistics effectively.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with tact and professionalism.
• Very good English level, multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• A passion for creating unforgettable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate the dynamic nature of events and international groups.

The internship will take place over a period of 4 to 6 months, and will start in April or May (may start later depending on availability).
