Description: 

Concordia is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Masonry Leader for our international workcamps. As a Technical Masonry Leader, you will play a crucial role in supervising and guiding volunteers in various masonry projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise masonry work during international workcamps.
  • Instruct volunteers in masonry techniques and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to plan and execute masonry projects effectively.
  • Ensure that work is completed according to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Guarantee the safety of the participants

Qualifications:

 

  • Extensive experience in masonry work, including knowledge of traditional and modern techniques.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to masonry work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Previous experience in volunteer management or leadership roles is desirable.

Duration: This is a seasonal position for the duration of our international workcamps, typically from June to September.

Location: Various locations across Haut de France (North of France).
