Turkish International Mobility Coordinator Assistant

Formación Academia Barcelona is a spanish intermediary organization founded in 2017. We are a team of professional project writers and coordinators with an experience of almost 10 years in European Projects. FAB acts as a sending and hosting organization for students and teachers for many European projects. Every year, FAB manages more than 100 successful Erasmus+ projects and organizes projects with public offices, schools, companies, and non-government organizations.

We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Academia Barcelona team in our Cordoba Office ( Andalucia/Spain) as an Erasmus+ intern.

RESPONSIBILITIES:​

• To search/create/update databases, which could be either potential or actual clients. In particular, the goal is to identify customers that are looking for hosting organization and willing send groups to Córdoba.
• Emailing potential clients to inform them of our services.
• Accompany groups to cultural activities (city tours, trips, coordinate events and one-day excursions to cities of Spain, etc.)
• Help to prepare welcome folders and documents of project participants.
• Keep in touch with participants during their stay and provide them with information they need.
• Manage social media pages by posting pictures/videos of groups.
• Support coordinators with administrative tasks.
• Make web searches and create databases of training work placements, restaurants, collaborating organisations, etc. 
• Handling complaints as they arise.

Our internship offer is suitable for students who study Hospitality & Tourism Management, International Relations, Business administration, Guest Relation, Tour Guidance, Cultural studies, History and Languages.
