General information
Due to a last minute cancellation, we have an immediate intern position available for our busy summer season. We are a vacation rental company based in Barcelona. Every year we take on a 4-6 month intern for the summer months to help in our fast paced reservations department where they assist guests in finding their ideal property, aid the current reservations staff with projects, and prepare and administer digital arrival processes (collect guest details, help guests book extra services, collect payments, ensure guests have their arrival details.
The selected candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be extremely efficient in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, and most importantly at least upper intemediate level of 2 of the following 3 languages: French, English Spanish.
This can be an onsite or remote internship.
